InventHelp® Client's Prep Guard Kitchen Aid Secures Infomercial Test Run

InventHelp is pleased to announce that one of its client inventions, the Prep Guard kitchen Aid, has been licensed and is running on infomercial television spots featuring well-known "As Seen on TV" personality Cathy Mitchell.

The Prep Guard kitchen tool makes meal preparation faster, easier and safer by keeping the user's fingers out of the way while he or she slices or peels food items. Co-inventors Jennifer and Samuel Shipp came up with their invention idea through personal experience in the kitchen.

"I wanted to feel safe in the kitchen when I was preparing my food," said Jennifer. "I also realized that if I wanted to teach my children how to cook, I needed something that would prevent accidents with sharp blades."

The Shipps exhibited their invention at the InventHelp-INPEX® New Product Showcase at the Electronic Retailing Association D2C event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shortly after the Showcase, they contracted for InventHelp's submission to industry services.

"My experience with InventHelp, Intromark and INPEX has been great," said Jennifer. "They've helped me from start to finish."

InventHelp's sister company, Intromark Incorporated, a company that attempts to license and market inventions from InventHelp clients when substantial interest has been expressed licensed the Prep Guard to IMG International, which decided to develop an infomercial around the product. The inventors traveled to Clearwater, Florida, along with InventHelp and Intromark representatives, to oversee the filming of IMG's new infomercial featuring Cathy Mitchell.

"I'm just so happy to be here," Jennifer said. "I feel that people believe in my product and we've come a long way from where we first started."

The product is now airing for several weeks as a test run, and it will ultimately be the consumers who decide its future. Be sure to look for the Prep Guard kitchen tool on a TV near you! This client has not made a financial gain.
